Ze Wedding!

Tyson just turned to me and said, 

"Man, we've gotta send that in to the Liahona." 

Haha.. Right?! He knows a good pic when he sees one! There's just something so exciting about looking at pictures of yourself, you know? We probably do it so that maybe it will finally hit us that we're REALLY married. Or cause Tyson is a babe. 

This is L.O.C.O.!!! And fun. "THIS IS FUN!" we constantly tell each other-- haha.

So, wedding was AWESOME! The morning was pretty hectic, I had slept on the floor the night before to be with my family that morning and didn't realize that the WINDOW was open, psh! But it was worth it. My niece Abbey did my hair :) Tyson didn't get a lot of sleep either- typical ;) We took a few pictures that morning for about an hour, then we had to be INSIDE! 

*story. we're starving. they didn't let us go down to the temple caf to eat. so there we were, sitting on the couches with hanger in our eyes, just wanting a little nibble of something. we lean over to the little polynesian next to us, keeping us hostage. "we. are. gonna. die. of. hunger." .....needless to say, we got a nice roast beef sandwich to share :D

Our time was scheduled to be sealed at 5:30pm, but wasn't until 6 because our sealer (Mom's favorite!!) unexpectedly didn't show up. All of you in the sealing room were just as confused as we were... Tyson and I were like.. "hmmm, is waiting like this normal?" Haha. SO we came in at 6ish, and WOW! It was the neatest feeling to see sooo many of our favorite friends and family there that they had to pull in so many benches (whoops, did we invite too many? ;) nahhh) and we felt sooo much love from them. It was so neat to kneel across the altar and promise to love and serve each other for ETERNITY. And when he said we were husband and wife, it was like WHAAT! And instantly I just felt like we were our own entity :) It was so neat, he called us "Brother and Sister Oswald" and my eyes and smile just got HUGE. :D  

Before we came out of the doors, Tyson's friend Jordan burst in and gave us a hug: "Told you I'd be the first." Haha I'd never seen that before. Then we burst through the doors, holding hands, and the free hand up in the air in victory!! (Then he dipped and kissed me. insert "AWWWWWW") My sister Jill was on facetime on someones phone.. That was the sweetest thing, since she's in Korea!! Our poor families were freeeeezing in the cold wind (uh, it was completely dark by now) that we just gave a few hugs and left- biggest regret= NO FAMILY PICTURES. 

That's okay, at least I married Tyson... (the common phrase for anything that goes wrong.. haha)

Then we went to City Creek to take sweet pics like this.
...we got kicked out. Apparently a wedding dress is pretty distracting....?

Then for the FIESTAAAAA!!!!!!!!! "Party of the month? NAH the party of the year!" (okay except for Alex's wedding- who can beat the entire party jumping in the pool with their clothes on? INCLUDING the bride and her parents?! we thought about jumping into the fountain.. eh eh) We were late for our reception, because we were playing in the revolving doors downstairs. hahaha. We ate cake. We did the hoedown throw down. We had a blast. (More pics to come soon. And a video. woohooo!!!)

 WE LOVE OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS! WE ARE AWED BY THEIR GENEROSITY AND LOVE! That reception was such a blast, we wish we had time to talk with everyone for hours. But, we  scampered away into the sunset. ;) But for real- Thank you EVERYONE!!!!!

* i love being married. i hear sweet Tyson in the other room turning his pages to his book he's reading :) cute. *
